What you will do

  • Align internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Provide direct leadership to Team Project Managers (PM)
  • Ensure that the PM team delivers it projects on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Implement definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Represent PM function as a member of the Company leadership team.
  • Develop and maintain key client relationships.
  • Proactively manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Ability to represent Company PM team within the global organization.
  • Able to perform risk management evaluations and recommend corrective action plans to mgmt.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

What you need to know

General Requirements

  • 10+ years’ experience in a Project Management role.
  • Preference for past experience with compressor packaging, engineered to order projects and reciprocating compressors
  •  Proven leadership ability and strong commercial skills
  • Pulsation Analysis, Torsional Skid Engineering studies
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience with
    reciprocating compressor packaging
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and team oriented attitude
  • Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • PMP certification is a plus
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally

Academics and Certifications

  • Bachelor Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • 10+ years of progressive experience packaging and controls
  • Valid driver license US
  • Right to Work USA
  • Ability to travel domestic and international
  • Ability to pass background and drug/alcohol screen

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Working Environment

  • Regular working hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 – 5:00.
  • May require working outside of regular business hours.
