We are looking for candidates that have strong technical background in JAVA; technologies/DevOps/Programming/Management Experience.

Individuals should have F1 VISA’s in undergraduate/graduate universities programs seeking;  Optional Practical Training (OPT) or Curricular Practical Training (CPT)  opportunities.

Candidate must be able to coordinate the work activities and schedules with other teams, communicate status and escalate issues or delays that would impact deadlines as early in the process and present workable solutions.

This Role of Full Time Equivalency for the right candidate, founded on developing strong working relationships with other teams, providing skills and knowledge.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Analyze the data integration requirements of our clients’ business operations by conducting interviews.
  • Evaluating business functional requirements and organizational systems including software systems, business policies, marketing trends to meet client’s IT needs.
  • Translate, and document business requirements into technical requirements and solutions, and facilitate prioritization of requests.
  • Apply technical and analytical skills to determine JAVA/DevOps/SAP ERP system and/or BW, HANA and BPC system setup, configuration, and customization requirements to meet business needs
  • Serves as primary point of contact to report software defects, data quality issues, and enhancement requests.
  • Primary point of contact to ensure data quality and leading enhancement efforts
  • Provide phone or on-site consultation services to support our clients with their integration and implementation of new systems, procedures, or organizational changes evaluate the changes.
  • Analyzes, documents and tests program development, logic, process flows and specifications, to ensure solutions meet business needs for custom application development.
  • Coordinates project resources to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements

Eligibility: You are eligible if you are currently a university student in the U.S., or you have recently graduated from a university in the U.S. You should also have a good command of English.

Work Visa: We will advise you on OPT (Optional Practical Training) and CPT (Curricular Practical Training). We also offer services for other types of U.S. visas including J-1H-1BO-1, and EB-5.

Duration: OPT (Optional Practical Training) can be 1 or 2 years depending on your university major. CPT (Curricular Practical Training) can be 12 months. An OPT or CPT job can be half time or full time.

Education Experience;

  • Current Undergrad – Grad studying under F1 Visa in Computer Programing MIS
  • Master Degreed BS MIS or Computer Science studies
  • Education Verification – Required
  • Knowledge of advanced principles of information technology architecture, strategic information technology planning, and effective IT security.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in supervising and motivating subordinates.
