Job Activities
What you will do:
The Sales Executive is responsible for sales of the company’s products within a mixture of a defined geographic area and key accounts, ensuring the consistent, profitable growth in sales revenue through positive planning and efficient time management. They will participate in identifying objectives, strategies, and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings, and management of Key Accounts through high quality interactions that expand the installation footprint at customer sites.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Penetrate new equipment market, evaluate new potential customers, increase brand and product awareness, and open new markets.
- Develop key client relationships including at the executive level.
- Generate new leads and identify opportunities.
- Utilize business and financial knowledge to create value propositions.
- Lead in client contract negotiations
- Document and follow global sales procedures and ensure compliance with specifications, standards, and codes.
- Secure new orders in line with forecast expectations.
- Utilizing CRM, provide up to date information on order timing, competition, visit reports and project feedback.
- Generate budget proposals in line with customer requests.
- Work closely with the project management and engineering teams during project execution to ensure client satisfaction.
- Continuously gather information concerning market conditions, requirements, competition and customer needs.
- On international projects, work with global sales counterparts to develop comprehensive job strategies.
- Other duties as assigned.
