We’re looking for a driven sales professional to join our team.

What resources will you have?

You’ll have the support of our Marketing Director and creative team to ensure that you have the collateral required to effectively negotiate the sales process. We generate a significant amount of quality content every month that hits social media and our website. Additionally, as our projects tend to be highly technical, you’ll have support from our Consulting Team to ensure that you’re equipped with details about the breadth and depth of services we offer. You’ll have great resources but will be expected to use them and really learn about us so that you can portray our image to potential clients effectively.

What isn’t part of the deal?

We don’t have a big sales staff, and you won’t have a list of leads to cold call on your first day.  There isn’t a significant base associated with this role, but there is an opportunity for a generous commission structure.

How do we do things today?

We get a significant amount of our business via word of mouth from satisfied customers, so those projects are relatively easy to sell. On the other hand, we also get leads from our partnership with Microsoft, and those can range from people who are just kicking the tires to people that are ready to do a largescale implementation. Our lead pipeline ebbs and flows as you’d expect, that’s one of the reasons that we’d like to get the right person in this position so that we stabilize the predictability of the pipeline.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assembling and orchestrating sales campaigns
  • Identifying leads and opportunities
  • Progressing leads through our sales funnel and deal closure
  • Identifying opportunities to sell our services in innovative ways (i.e. “productizing our services”)
  • Generate new leads and identify opportunities.
  • Utilize business and financial knowledge to create value propositions.
  • Lead in client contract negotiations
  • Document and follow global sales procedures and ensure compliance with specifications, standards, and codes.
  • Secure new orders in line with forecast expectations.
  • Utilizing CRM, provide up to date information on order timing, competition, visit reports and project feedback.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university preferably in the field of Information Technology or Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years of direct selling experience.
  • Previous sales experience within the digital transformation industry preferred.
  • Strong technical and communication skills.  

 

Physical Demands

  • Work Minimum 8 hours daily. 
  • Professional attire.
  • Ability to stand, kneel, balance, push, pull, drive, stoop, climb, and crouch.
  • Must be able to work as a team member under pressure.
  • Must be able to conform to customer-required physical and medical standards.
